This 15ltr Winterhalter F8400 universal cleaner is highly alkaline and contains active chlorine. Due to its bleach components, F8400 removes dried-on food residues and coffee or tea residues particularly effectively. It is suitable for all common dishwashers such as undercounter dishwashers, glasswashers, pass thru dishwashers, utensils dishwashers and conveyor dishwashers in restaurants, hotels and canteens.
Winterhalter F8400 Universal Cleaner can be used to wash dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans and containers made of stainless steel and plastic. It has an extremely good dissolving power of fats and proteins. Please note that the F8400 is not suitable for cleaning cutlery and containers made of silver, aluminium and light alloys.
