Your request needs to meet all four conditions below. We also compare applicable delivery charges when assessing the final price.
Available Now
The competitor must have the item in stock and available for immediate purchase.
Australian Retailer
The seller must be an authorised Australian commercial kitchen or catering retailer.
Publicly Advertised
The price must be current, genuine, available to the public and easy for our team to verify.

Price Match Terms
These conditions keep every comparison fair, current and genuinely like-for-like.
Which offers are excluded?
Auction sites, overseas sellers, clearance or close-out sales, bankruptcies, limited-quantity offers and special-event promotions such as Boxing Day are excluded.
What proof of price is accepted?
Provide a current public webpage, local advertisement or original receipt, and email us the final competitor quote. Radio or television promotions and unverifiable offers are not eligible.
Are delivery charges included in the comparison?
Yes. Shipping for a price-matched item is assessed at the same rate charged by the competing retailer so the total comparison remains like-for-like.
Are there quantity or offer limits?
The Price Match Promise cannot be combined with another offer and ICE Group may limit the purchase to a maximum of five units per customer.
Can an advertised error be matched?
No. Typographical, pricing or listing errors are excluded. ICE Group may modify or withdraw the Price Match Promise and its conditions from time to time.
