We never want price to be the reason you shop elsewhere, so, with that in mind if you do find a lower price on a competitor site or store we’ll beat it by 5%.
We also provide discounts to Veterans Affairs Personnel and the Australian Defence Force.
We promise to match and where possible ‘beat’ any genuine current price advertised by any authorised Australian kitchen and catering store. The product needs to be like-for-like with the products we have in stock and the stores advertising these products must also have the product in stock.
For a product to be price matched, it must meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from another website or store;
- Shipping charges for any price matched items will be charged at the same rate as the online store it's price matched from;
- This offer does not apply to any auction sites;
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/s;
- We price match Australian retailers only.
Advertised or Advertisement are defined as a copy of a current local advertisement, original receipt or flyer page offered to the general public and must be in print as opposed to radio/TV. Office Outlet will not Price Match individual “quotes” provided by any other retail store.
We reserve the right to limit quantities sold to an individual customer to a maximum of 5 units. The Price Match Promise does not apply to retail store’s that state “limited quantities”, “clearance”, “close-outs”, “bankruptcies”, special events (e.g. Boxing Day) or products and services offered outside the country. We do not match typographical errors in retailer’s advertisements. ICE Group reserves the right to modify or withdraw, with immediate effect, the terms of our Price Match Promise from time to time.
