Two Classrooms Transformed into a Commercial-Grade Teaching Kitchen
Two outdated classrooms at The Illawarra Grammar School were converted into a state-of-the-art Food Technology facility designed for practical Vocational Education and Training.
The project created eight new student workstations and an integrated service wall connected to the teacher’s workstation. Commercial-grade extraction, custom stainless-steel fabrication and specialised equipment were coordinated into a durable, high-performance teaching environment.
