The Adam ABW 16 is a 16kg scale with 2g readability, designed for portion control, ingredient preparation and checkweighing in commercial kitchens and food production areas. Its 245 × 180mm weighing pan provides a defined work surface for repeatable daily measurements.
The compact ABS body combines with a removable stainless steel pan for straightforward cleaning between tasks. Dual displays make the reading visible from both sides of the bench.
