The Adam ABW 16S is a 16kg scale with 1g readability, designed for portion preparation, ingredient batching and checkweighing on a busy food production bench. Its 245 × 180mm weighing pan provides a defined work surface for repeatable daily measurements.
Its grade 304 stainless steel housing and removable pan provide a durable, easy-to-clean weighing surface. Front and rear displays let two operators read the result without turning the scale.
