The Austheat AF822 is a twin-pan freestanding electric fryer designed for kitchens that need flexible, high-output frying from a compact 450 mm-wide footprint. Two independently controlled 14-litre oil tanks allow different foods to be cooked separately, helping reduce flavour transfer and unnecessary energy use during quieter service periods.
Each tank has its own heavy-duty stainless steel basket and lid, with a cool zone beneath the elements to help extend oil life. The unit requires a three-phase electrical supply and installation by a suitably qualified electrician.
