The Culinaire CH.VHC.SD2.3011 is a full height vertical hot cupboard with two half doors for holding prepared food, plates and serving dishes during commercial service. Its mobile vertical cabinet provides heated storage in a compact footprint for catering and hospitality teams.

The vertical cabinet uses convective heat and a removable humidifier tray, with adjustable internal tray-slide rails. Load food after preheating it above 65°C and follow the supplier’s holding instructions. Check the required bench integration or floor position and the electrical connection against the linked model sheet.
