The Culinaire CH.WD.0111 provides a single 1/1 GN warming drawer for keeping prepared food hot and close to the commercial kitchen pass. Its single layout suits prepared meat, vegetables or bread rolls held for service.

The heater-blanket system delivers gentle, motionless heat, with mechanical temperature controls and a double-skinned air-insulated body. Food must be heated above 65°C before loading. Check the drawer arrangement, working position and plug-and-lead connection against the supplier sheet; food, pans and delivery bags are not included.
