Thermostatic control and a temperature gauge help monitor the hot-holding setting. The cabinet includes 4 removable wire shelves. Capacity is indicative and depends on the size and arrangement of the food.

Installation & Care

Load food preheated above 65°C, as specified by Woodson. Allow ventilation and door access, clean the crumb tray regularly and follow the manufacturer’s hot-holding instructions.
