The Adande VCM2.CW is a 172-litre matchbox double drawer dual temperature refrigerated unit with standard castors and a solid worktop. Its 1120 × 700 × 900mm footprint supports commercial ingredient storage close to the preparation or service area. The specified top supports a maximum load of 45kg; confirm the installation arrangement for any equipment above the drawer.
Insulated containers are designed to retain cold air when opened, and low-velocity cooling helps maintain stable temperatures while limiting food dehydration. Each drawer can be set independently for chilled or frozen storage, so different ingredients can be organised within the same unit. Temperature adjustment is in 1°C increments from +15°C to −22°C. External drawer runners provide access for cleaning, and the supplied 10A plug and lead simplify the electrical connection when installed to the manufacturer’s requirements.
