The Adande VCS1.HCW is a 86-litre single drawer dual temperature refrigerated unit with high castors and a solid worktop. Its 1100 × 700 × 584mm footprint supports commercial ingredient storage close to the preparation or service area. The specified top supports a maximum load of 45kg; confirm the installation arrangement for any equipment above the drawer.

Insulated containers are designed to retain cold air when opened, and low-velocity cooling helps maintain stable temperatures while limiting food dehydration. The digital controller lets the drawer be set for chilled or frozen storage to suit the ingredients being held. Temperature adjustment is in 1°C increments from +15°C to −22°C. External drawer runners provide access for cleaning, and the supplied 10A plug and lead simplify the electrical connection when installed to the manufacturer’s requirements.
