The Adande VLS1.CW is a 65-litre slimline dual temperature refrigerated drawer with a solid worktop and standard castors. At 1100mm wide and 444mm high, it brings chilled or frozen ingredients close to the preparation area while providing a work surface rated to carry up to 45kg. Its adjustable temperature range runs from +15°C to −22°C, allowing the drawer to be set for the food and service task at hand.

Adande’s insulated container is designed to retain cold air when the drawer opens, while low-velocity cooling helps maintain stable storage conditions and limit food dehydration. The compact height suits underbench preparation layouts in commercial kitchens, and the external drawer runners simplify access for cleaning. A 10A plug and lead is supplied; the unit must be installed level in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
