The Airex AXR.CB.4 is a 4-drawer refrigerated chef base measuring 1920 × 820 × 600mm. It places chilled ingredients beneath a work surface designed to support a maximum load of 400kg when installed to the manufacturer’s requirements.

Removable drawers, a pan divider kit and the supplied GN pans support an organised preparation station. Digital temperature control from 0°C to 5°C keeps the refrigeration settings accessible, while an integrated heat shield and marine edge top protect against heat and spills. Lockable castors and a removable filter assist positioning and routine cleaning.
