Airex AXR.PM.1740 1740mm Refrigerated Pizza Preparation Bench

The Airex AXR.PM.1740 is a 1740mm-wide refrigerated pizza preparation bench with an angled 1/3GN ingredient well and refrigerated storage below. It brings toppings and chilled stock together at a dedicated preparation station for pizza shops, restaurants and takeaway kitchens.

Cold air is directed above and below the ingredient pans, with digital control from 2°C to 5°C. The unit includes 9 1/3GN pans at 150mm depth, pizza racks and a drip tray. Removable insulated night lids and a removable filter support cleaning and closing procedures. The manufacturer specifies operation up to 40°C ambient with the lids closed, or 32°C with the lids open.
