The Culinaire CA.GD.8 is an ambient 2-tier gantry sized to suit a 8-bay commercial serving line. Its 2785mm width provides a defined gantry configuration for a fitted kitchen pass or food-service bench.

The unheated design provides a practical structure for organising the serving area. The two-tier arrangement provides a defined shelf structure above the bench. This is a supply-only component requiring fitting to a separately manufactured benchtop, including site welding. It does not require an electrical supply.
