The Culinaire CH.GA.5 is a heated a-frame gantry sized to suit a 5-bay commercial serving line. Its 1767mm width provides a defined gantry configuration for a fitted kitchen pass or food-service bench.

Quartz infrared lamps provide heat and illumination over the food-service area. The A-frame uses toughened glass ends and stainless steel framing. This is a supply-only component requiring fitting to a separately manufactured benchtop, including site welding. Electrical connection must be completed by a licensed electrician; plug and lead are not supplied.
