The Culinaire CH.GDD.5 is a 2-tier gantry with both shelves heated sized to suit a 5-bay commercial serving line. Its 1765mm width provides a defined gantry configuration for a fitted kitchen pass or food-service bench.

Quartz infrared lamps provide heat and illumination over the food-service area. The two-tier arrangement provides a defined shelf structure above the bench. This is a supply-only component requiring fitting to a separately manufactured benchtop, including site welding. Electrical connection must be completed by a licensed electrician; plug and lead are not supplied.
