The Culinaire CH.HC.I.GDD.8 is an island hot cupboard with double-heated 2-tier gantry for holding prepared food, plates and serving dishes during commercial service. The 8-module configuration provides a 2804mm-wide cabinet for a catering or hospitality serving line.

The horizontal cabinet uses fan-forced heating and sliding doors to support convenient access through service. Load food after preheating it above 65°C and follow the supplier’s holding instructions. The model includes its specified island top and gantry; confirm the shelf-heating arrangement before ordering.
