The Hobart PREMAX UPT is a twin chamber front loading pot and utensil washer for commercial kitchens. Its 1240 × 700 mm rack and 860 mm loading opening accommodate larger washware than a standard dish rack, helping organise the return of pots, trays and preparation utensils.

This package includes exhaust heat recovery and VAPOSTOP. Match the machine to the site’s washware, water quality, electrical supply and available loading space.

Installation & Care

Arrange electrical, water, drainage and ventilation assessment before ordering. Water treatment is required where site water exceeds the manufacturer’s limits. Ventilation requirements must be checked for the site. Installation and commissioning are quoted separately.
