The Hobart AMX-V Dishwasher is similar to the AMX but with extra features that make it more efficient (VapoStop) and give it longer lasting periods between times when self cleaning is needed (Genius X²) as opposed to the AM900.

• Hobart has created 3 different systems to improve the way steam inside a hood is used. The AMX-V uses all of them:
-4-sided 'E-Save' hood which encloses the back side for steam retention
-15mm thick hood insulation that prevents the hood from getting hot, and helps retain steam heat
-'VapoStop' which is an electronic hood top accessory which runs for 30 seconds and prevents large amounts of exhaust vapour escaping the hood when the hood is opened. Which can very well eliminate the need for a canopy (check local council). No increase in machine height. No additional cost or ongoing cleaning.
