The Hobart PROFI FX-90C is designed for reliable washing of tableware, cutlery and glasses in restaurants, bistros and cafés. Its compact undercounter format suits busy hospitality operations where consistent cleaning performance and straightforward controls are essential.

VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH combines a colour touchscreen with single-button operation and remaining-cycle indication. The self-cleaning wash system, SENSO-ACTIVE resource management and GENIUS-X² fine filter system are designed to support hygienic results while managing water and detergent use.

  • CUTLERY PREMIUM: designed to process up to 80 pieces of cutlery per cycle without polishing; the program is selected automatically when the matching rack is inserted. A Hobart HYLINE RO-S reverse-osmosis system may be required in poor-water or high-limescale areas.
  • VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH: colour touchscreen with text, graphics, single-button control and remaining-cycle indication
  • Self-cleaning wash system: combined wash and rinse arms are cleaned with every cycle
