The LUUS RF-4B3C is a 900mm Gas 4 burner 300mm chargrill range & convection oven. It combines cooktop preparation and oven cooking in one commercial range.

A side-mounted fan circulates heat through the oven for roasting meat and vegetables. Thermostatic control and adjustable rack positions help organise successive batches.

Product Features

  • 4 double-crown burners with enamelled cast-iron construction.
  • Each open burner: 32 MJ/h natural gas or 28 MJ/h LPG; variable flame control and flame-failure protection.
  • Cast-iron trivets and pressed 304 stainless-steel spill bowls.
  • Chargrill with cast-iron J-grates and a 253 MA steel radiant hood.
  • Chargrill burner: 33 MJ/h, with pilot, piezo ignition and flame-failure protection.
  • Oven: 33 MJ/h burner, cast-iron sole plate and 100–340°C thermostat; fan-forced circulation.
  • 2/1 Gastronorm capacity; two chrome racks supplied with four support positions.
  • Insulated oven walls and door, drop-down access and stainless handles.
  • Removable oven racks, supports and sole plate; service access from the front.
