Brema’s TB Series TB852A Pebble Ice Maker produces 85kg per day of unique multipurpose ice pebbles with 20kg of internal ice storage.

Whether it's blended up in a morning smoothie, served to chill champagne during lunchtime, or paired with a cocktail through to the early hours of the morning, pebble ice is truly the chameleon of the catering world.

Installed with Integrated Drain Pumps. All ice makers require a drainage connection. To dispose of residual water by gravity, the water must flow to a collection point positioned below the ice machine base, and this is a constraint. Flexible drain tubes are the next hurdle, as they may create loops that retain drainage water.
