Hoshizaki FM-300AKE-HC-SB 250kg Flake Ice Maker – Modular

The Hoshizaki FM-300AKE-HC-SB is a modular flake ice maker rated at approximately 250kg per 24 hours at 21°C air / 15°C water. Flake ice suits chilled food displays and food preparation where close contact cooling matters.

Machine head only: A compatible storage bin and any required top kit are sold separately. Confirm the complete combination with ICE Group before ordering.

Technical specifications

Production varies with air and water temperature. Maximum bin capacity and the automatic bin-control setting are different measurements; allow for peak service demand when sizing your machine.

Installation and water filtration

Provide a suitable potable water connection, compliant drainage, a dedicated electrical outlet and the clearances specified by Hoshizaki. A compatible water filter is recommended to help limit scale and sediment. Filters, plumbing and installation are separate unless expressly included in your quotation.

Warranty and support
